Coronation

As we watch an earthly king receive his crown,
We long for the day when heavenly crowns are given.

From now on there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day--and not only to me, but to all who crave His appearing.
2 Timothy 4:8

Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.
James 1:12

And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.
1 Peter 5:4

On that day the LORD of Hosts will be a crown of glory, a diadem of splendor to the remnant of His people,
Isaiah 28:5

Zion's Salvation and New Name
…2Nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name that the mouth of the LORD will bestow. 3You will be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, a royal diadem in the palm of your God.
Isaiah 62:3

OUR TRUE KING! ๐Ÿ‘‘

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, *now crowned with glory and honor* because He suffered death, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.
Hebrews 2:9

It was made holy in a ceremony presided over by Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos III as well as Anglican archbishop Hosam Naoum.

King Charles III's upcoming coronation at Westminster Abbey will include a personal gift from Pope Francis, a relic of the True Cross. The procession will be led by the Cross of Wales, which contains a relic of the True Cross blessed by the Anglican Archbishop of Wales. The remnant is said to be the True Cross that Jesus was crucified on over 2,000 years ago.
King Charles III has visited the Vatican multiple times. He met with Pope Francis with his wife in 2017. And again in 2019. The two were celebrating the canonization of the English saint John Henry Newman.

May 3 - Just days before the big day, King Charles and the rest of the royal household have received tragic news. The Duchess of Buccleuch, Lady Elizabeth Kerr, wife of the Duke of Buccleuch, Richard Scott, suddenly passed away recently at age 68.
Scott was due to have a ceremonial role in King Charles’ coronation,
carrying the Sceptre with Cross during the service.
At the time of writing it has not been made clear whether or not he will still take part. The sceptre – last seen at the funeral of the late Queen in September – has been used in the coronations of every British monarch since 1661. According to the Royal Collection Trust, it “represents the sovereign’s temporal power and is associated with good governance.”

New Carolean era
Now under the reign of King Charles III, the UK finds itself in the New Carolean era. The official name of this new age was confirmed by Prime Minister Liz Truss in the aftermath of Queen Elizabeth II's death.
It's called the New Carolean era because the Latin name for Charles is "Carolus". The same name applied when King Charles II was on the throne between 1660-1685, hence why under King Charles II it is known as the 'New Carolean' age.
Note: the states of North and South Carolina in the USA are named after King Charles II.

In 1953, a canopy of cloth-of-gold was held over Queen Elizabeth II's head for the anointing to protect her privacy, but the entire congregation could witness the moment as she was not shielded at the sides. The King's three-sided screen will protect him from view during the deeply spiritual moment.

Rather than shielding the king from above like the canopies of old, this will shield the king from view from the west, north and south.  It will be open to the east, towards the high altar, so that the archbishop can easily anoint the king.  The screen is apparently a gift from the Corporation of London and some of the livery companies and has been designed by Orthodox iconographer Aidan Hart.   https://youtu.be/C7o96Darm7k

The Coronation Regalia

The Coronation Invitation
The herald and brightly colored original artwork of British wildflower meadow borders the invitation that is issued to over 2,000 guests. Central to the design is the motif of the Green Man, an ancient figure from British folklore, symbolic of spring and rebirth, to celebrate the new reign. The shape of the Green Man, crowned in natural foliage, is formed of leaves of oak, ivy and hawthorn, and the emblematic flowers of the United Kingdom.

The Stone of Scone will return to England for the first time in more than a quarter of century as it journeys to Westminster Abbey to play a role in the coronation of King Charles.
At Edinburgh Castle on Thursday a special ceremony was held to mark the legendary stone - which has become a symbol of Scottish nationhood  - starting its journey south.
The procession was led by the Lord Lyon King of Arms - the monarch's representative in Scotland - and attended by First Minister Humza Yousaf in his capacity of Keeper of the Great Seal of Scotland and one of the commissioners for the safeguarding of the regalia. The stone will be transported in a special oak carrier.

Coronation Of The Lion King - Truth Hidden In Plain Sight

As Prince of Wales, Prince William will likely wear a crown last worn in 1969 by his father
The Prince of Wales Coronet hasn’t been worn since Charles’ investiture, and this particular crown was made especially for Charles after the original Prince of Wales crown went missing
The Prince of Wales is a title reserved exclusively for the heir apparent to the British throne. After the death of Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, her son, Charles became King and his eldest son, Prince William, took over the title.
When he becomes King, the title will pass on to Prince George.
Other famous Prince of Wales’ in the past have included Henry Tudor, best remembered by history as Henry VIII.
The title dates back to 1301. After his conquest of Wales and the execution of David III (1283), King Edward I gave the title to his son, the future Edward II.
The magnificent crown features 24 carat gold, with the 4 Crosses Patรฉes and the 4 fleur-de-Lys made from a nugget of rare Welsh gold which is also used in the wedding rings of royals.
The coronet is reinforced with platinum and decorated with diamonds and emeralds.
The orb mounted on the top of the arch was engraved by Malcolm Appleby with The Prince of Wales’s insignia. This is surrounded by 13 diamonds arranged as the constellation of Scorpio, King Charles’ star sign.
The diamonds set horizontally represent the 7 Gifts of God on one side and the 7 deadly sins on the other.
It is not known if Prince William will have the coronet edited. For example, William is a Gemini, born on June 21.
The reason Charles needed a new crown made special is that his uncle, Edward VIII, took the original Prince of Wales Coronet with him as he went into exile after abdicating.
The original coronet had been created for King George V when he was Prince of Wales, and he wore it at his father’s coronation in 1902.
Edward, when Prince of Wales, wore it at the coronation of his father in 1911.

William, son of King Charles III, was made Prince of Wales on 9 September 2022.
King Charles was crowned Prince of Wales in front of huge crowds at at Caernarfon Castle, Gwynedd, in 1969. Prince William is expected to wear the Prince of Wales’s Investiture Coronet at King Charles' Coronation

The New Dress Code The Royals Must Follow At Charles' Coronation
In the late 1600s, coronation ceremonies were all about long, trailing velvet robes. The royals wore dark crimson robes trimmed in ermine, and these rows of fur designated standing.

And He has a name written on His robe and on His thigh:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
Revelation 19:16

Then I saw heaven standing open, and there before me was a white horse.
And its rider is called Faithful and True.
With righteousness He judges and wages war.
He has eyes like blazing fire, and many royal crowns on His head.
He has a name written on Him that only He Himself knows.
He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood,
and His name is The Word of God.
Revelation 19:12-13
